Our first Friday Dining event was a brilliant success.
Brad Young of Longhorn BBQ cooked up a storm and wowed the crowd. Slow cooked meat and delicious sides were a great Friday start to the weekend.

The Beecroft Club is open from 4 pm on Fridays
so come down as early as you like after work. Even if you aren’t dining, you can enjoy the beautiful open space and relax with friends and a drink.
First week dessert was freshly made waffles, icecream and sauce. It was a refreshing way to finish off the meal.
Longhorn BBQ will be developing the menu.
Most weeks will have the slow cooked Texas Brisket and Memphis Pork theme but there will be a range of other options added to the repertoire. Brad Young has hinted at variations – all the way from theme nights to simple nuggets for the younger folk.
